The Foundation aka Part I.

Our first step is to create a solid foundation to take your business to where they want to be. 

“Set your business up for success”

First Month: 

  • Full Business Assessment 

  • (1) one hour Power Kick off Call 

  • (2) Fully customized intensive strategy, planning, and guidance sessions 


  • (3) one hour calls per month customized to you and your business needs including but not limited to: 

    • Systems 

    • Budgeting 

    • Goal Setting 

    • Sales Tracking

    • Event building  

    • Policies and Procedures 

    • Culture & Team Building 

    • Monthly/Quarterly Business strategies 

    • Marketing 

    • Hiring + Building a team 

    • HR support  

    • Access to Erin’s business growth tool kit (features developed documents for you to use within your business. Examples: sales trackers, goal tracking, budgets, policies and procedures, job postings, membership agreements, templates, and more)

    • Introduction to Erin’s network of business partners and discounted rates (social media manager, website developer, graphic designer, leasing specialist, accountants)

  • Weekly Action Plans 

3 calls per month for the first 3-6 months to build, create and develop 

(we will both have a good idea from our sessions when it’s best to move on to Part II)

Part II.  

To transition after your Part I phase

(2) one hour calls monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly based on needs. Build off and continue the initiatives we have started during the Foundation Phase.
